We offer fresh and frozen lamb cut and wrapped as a whole or a half. We will also offer lamb uncut in halves. Our
lamb is naturally raised in a safe, healthy, hormone free environment and processed at a local licenced abattoir. Our
lamb is finnished with grain grown on our own farm to ensure a well finished great tasting end product.

We do not take orders with our website so please contact us with your order. Talking to you helps us understand
your preferences and gives us an opportunity to describe our products. If you prefer a different age or size we will
be happy to work with you to meet your request. For your information we have included a diagram to show some
of the basic lamb cuts.
Fresh or Frozen Lamb
Our lamb cuts are individually wrapped and conveniently boxed. Each box contains one half lamb, (whole lamb orders
will require two boxes) and have on outside dimension of 14.5"L x 11.5"W x 6"H (36.8cm x 29.2cm x 15.3cm). A market
dressed 24 week whole lamb will weigh approximately 55lbs (25kg) cut and wrapped.
Prices listed are for frozen lamb orders. Fresh lamb is available on request at an additional cost of $0.65/lbs ($1.43/kg)
plus regular delivery charges.
We can make arrangements for refrigerated transport. We will also make every effort to coordinate shipments to save
transportation costs. Larger orders and scheduled deliveries will also reduce shipping costs. Delivery is no charge to
Swift Current.

temperatures help preserve storage life and prevent spoilage. Fresh lamb can be kept for approximately three days.
Ground meat will keep for one or
two days.
Always wash your hands, and clean utensils and cutting surfaces before and after preparing any meat product to
prevent cross-contamination with other foods.
